OCHLV data gives the Open, Close, High, Low and Volume values for each share every day. This gives a broader view of the share price than just closing prices alone and is essential for plotting some charts and indicators.

We have a data service providing OCHLV data every evening of around 3000 UK shares, gilts, indices and major foreign stocks on the London market. Prices are always available for the past 30 days (ie. six weeks). That is more than any other comparable service.

Stockmarket Investor 4 will download the prices automatically directly into the program for charting and to revalue your portfolios instantly.

The prices are available to download at 6:30 pm each evening.

You can also download the prices to use with other software or directly into your spreadsheet. You can download directly from the web page or you can use our free download software which will download the data files from the internet automatically. It's fast and simple! The data is available for an annual subscription of £89.95 or for a six month subscription of £49.95.

The list of names of the shares and indices available is revised almost daily as new securities are added to the list and some old ones removed.
